Thrive is for those ready to go deeper in their wellness journey. It includes an 80-minute service, increased discounts, and premium perks that reflect a stronger commitment to consistent care.
Can I switch between Root and Thrive?
Yes! You can move between tiers at any time as your needs evolve. Many of our members start with Root and grow into Thrive as self-care becomes part of their lifestyle.
Do unused services roll over?
Absolutely. Your monthly service will roll over if unused—so you never lose the value of your membership.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
Yes. Our memberships begin with a six-month commitment, designed to support your wellness journey with consistency and care. After the initial term, your membership automatically renews month-to-month—giving you the flexibility to continue at your own pace while still receiving all the benefits you’ve come to love.
What is included in an enhancement?
Enhancements may include hot stones, percussion therapy, aromatherapy, cryotherapy, and more. You can also choose a Salt Lounge session instead—perfect for relaxation, skin clarity, and respiratory health.
What if I want to share my membership with family?
You can add the Family Wellness Plan for a one-time $49 enrollment fee. This allows you to share your benefits with immediate family members—so everyone can enjoy the gift of wellness.
Can I get more than one service per month?
Yes! Members receive discounted rates on all additional services. Root members get 15% off, while Thrive members receive 20% off.
What’s included in the Unlimited Salt Therapy Plan?
For $60/month, you can enjoy unlimited Salt Lounge sessions with no contract required. It’s a perfect complement to either membership tier—or a standalone wellness investment.
What is the 28-Day Trial?
Your first service is just $99 with no enrollment fee. You’ll enjoy full membership benefits for 28 days. If you love it, your membership continues automatically. If not, cancel risk-free.
Do I have to commit right away?
No. The trial is commitment-free. After your 28-day preview, memberships require a six-month minimum commitment.
What if I don’t use my monthly credit?
No problem! Your credits roll over and never expire as long as your membership is active.
Can I switch from ROOT to THRIVE later?
